Enrollment Process – Current Students
STEP 1: Login to FACTS and Re-ENROLL for the next school year: FACTS LOGIN HERE
STEP 2: If you are applying for Financial AID:
- 2A: Apply for the Children’s Scholarship Fund by MAY 1- *CHILDRENS SCHOLARSHIP FUND HERE*
- 2B: Apply for the Parent Fee Aid via the FACTS Financial Aid by May 1 – *FACTS TUITION AID HERE*
- 2C: Assessment – After the application and the supporting documents are received, SPN staff will contact parents to schedule an assessment for your parent fee for the year. Assessments will begin after the school year is complete. Financial awards will be granted in the summer.
- 2D: Apply for Free and Reduced Lunch – MUST be done by AUGUST 1. Application – Income Eligibility – Nebraska Department of Education
Step 3: Welcome Packet
Accepted students will receive welcome packet which include supply, uniform, calendar, Orientation, and all necessary information.
Age Requirements For Admission
We follow the Archdiocese of Omaha Catholic School Office age requirements.
Preschool Age 4 : All students entering Preschool must be age 4 and fully potty-trained by July 31.
Kindergarten: All students entering Kindergarten must be age 5 by July 31.

If you desire a Catholic education for your family, we believe that you should have that opportunity. Families need not be Catholic to enjoy the benefits of a loving, nurturing, Christian education at our school. Students of all backgrounds are welcome.
We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child’s application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account.
Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Please use your email address as your username when creating your credentials for the application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

Transfer Students
We require a copy of your transcripts for review. It is our goal to accept students that will be able to excel in this private Catholic school curriculum.
