SPN-BS Youth Alpha Program Awarded Grant

The grant committee for Ignite the Faith Campaign Youth Ministry Grant for the New Evangelization has awarded the St. Philip Neri-Blessed Sacrament Parish a grant.  The Youth Alpha course will begin this Fall.  A meal is apart of the sharing and dynamics of the program each week.  $750 will be applied toward providing meals for the Youth Alpha Course.  

The committee reviewed the grant applications and were very excited about the possibility of what the Parish was able to offer with Youth Alpha.  They offered to double the value awarded.  The grant will be offered again to the parish if they continue to run Alpha again in the Spring.  With a positive kick-off this Fall, it is optimistic that the youth participants in the first session would invite their friends and the program grows.
